A2 Game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are compliance or security reasons to do so. This may include proof of identity, proof of address or confirmation of the payment method being used.
Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or where an active investigation is underway. In such cases, A2 Game will notify you as soon as it is appropriate to do so.

The A2 Game VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership in the VIP programme and progression through tiers is based on your betting activity on the platform, measured through a points accumulation system.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests submitted during that period will be held until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and pending withdrawals processed. If the investigation finds a breach of these Terms, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
You may also request to close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
All content on the A2 Game platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, app interface, graphics, text, odds data and any other material — is the intellectual property of A2 Game or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting purposes.
